1. General Policy
All payments made to Edviva India Private Limited (EIPL Consulting) are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Once a service has been initiated or payment has been processed, the Company is under no obligation to provide a refund, either in full or in part, under any circumstances.
This policy also applies to any payments made to the sister concerns or affiliated entities of Edviva India Private Limited, including but not limited to any brand, division, or associated consulting firm operating under a separate trade name. Such payments shall likewise be deemed non-refundable under this policy.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the Company and only under the following limited conditions:
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service due to a genuine technical error.
- The Company is unable to initiate the requested service due to reasons entirely within its own control.
- A service cancellation request was received in writing within one (1) hour of the payment and before any action or processing was undertaken by the Company.
All refund approvals, where applicable, will be determined by the Company on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued for:
- Services that have already been initiated, processed, or completed.
- Situations where the delay or denial of a visa or immigration result is caused by third-party authorities (such as embassies, consulates, immigration departments, etc.).
- Services involving non-recoverable third-party fees or government charges already paid on your behalf.
- Any services clearly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at accounts@eiplconsulting.com with your full name, order details, and a written explanation of your refund request.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 60 business days, subject to applicable deductions and processing charges.
Please note: Submission of a refund request does not imply acceptance or entitlement to a refund.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team. While we are committed to maintaining client satisfaction, the decision of Edviva India Private Limited shall be final and binding in all matters related to refunds.
